Would be a Java engineer who has atleast 3 years of involved experience in developing and designing multi-tier Java enterprise applications. The candidate must have worked with enterprise technologies like Core Java, JDBC, Hibernate. REST API, Struts and Spring framework. Must also have experience with a relational databases or a popular NOSQL database.
The selected candidate can expect to work in a profit sharing arrangement for the projects handled by him/her.

Web developers with experience in developing and maintaining web applications. The candidate's primary responsibility will be to develop Web based front end and parts of the back end scripts. It is not neccessary that you have a formal experience working in a company. You must however have an experience of developing websites and web applications - either as a freelancer or on your own interest.
You should also have an experience in developing static and dynamic web pages. You have the ability to create websites by modifying existing templates and design webpages from scratch.

Training will be provided for the following disciplines:
  • Test Engineer - Training includes manual and automated testing using Selenium. Along with formal lecture based training, you will be given various practical assignments. At the end of the tenure, you will be given the task of writing test cases and selenium based automation scripts for a niche IP Telephony project.
  • Java for beginners - Training will be provided on the concepts of Core Java. During the course, you will be given an assignment which will be to create a web application using Java. While we will guide you, you are expected to complete the project pro-actively
  • Mobile application development using Android - We will train you on developing mobile applications using Android. During the course, you will be given an assignment which will be to create an enterprise ready mobile application. While we will guide you, you are expected to complete the project pro-actively
